Position Summary

The IAM Practice Architect is a senior SME and strategic advisor, providing technical and non-technical guidance on IAM topics. You will lead the design and architecture of IAM solutions, advise on best practices, and support implementation across complex global environments. This role requires deep IAM expertise, strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders, and adaptability to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their identity, access needs, and security challenges.
• Deliver outcome-based IAM engagements.
• Design scalable, secure IAM architectures aligned with client goals.
• Provide technical leadership on IAM strategy, tools, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Evaluate and recommend IAM platforms and technologies.
• Develop architectural standards, templates, and documentation.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution design and client presentations.
• Mentor junior architects and implementation teams.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in Identity and Access Management, with solution design and architecture expertise.
• Knowledge of IAM technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Ping, Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, LDAP).
• Experience with cloud IAM solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Expertise in authentication and authorization (MFA, SSO).
• Knowledge of privileged access management and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).

Preferred Qualifications

• Platform certifications in IAM tools.
• Experience with cloud IAM architectures.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Consulting or professional services background.
