Job summary

Arrowstreet Capital in Boston seeks a senior leader to build and run a new enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) Platform team. You will define the future state, establish governance, roadmaps, and drive a multi-year transformation while ensuring existing identity services remain secure and reliable.

You will partner with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, audit, and business leaders to translate pain points into a practical strategy, architecture, and program plan.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and guiding an enterprise IAM strategy and target operating model.
• Experience architecting and integrating enterprise-scale IAM platforms.
• Strong leadership and program-management skills across large, multi-year initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical IAM architecture decisions.
• Knowledge of cloud, SaaS, on-premises identity patterns and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the new IAM Platform team, including its mission, structure, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Assess the current identity environment, processes, controls, integrations, and stakeholder pain points.
• Define the IAM strategy, target-state architecture, operating model, and multi-year transformation roadmap.
• Create an executable program plan covering investment, resources, priorities, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and drive adoption of IAM capabilities.
• Guide the evaluation and selection of IAM and IGA platforms, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Oversee modernization of identity governance, authentication, authorization, privileged access, and human/non-human identities.
• Lead phased migration from legacy capabilities while maintaining service continuity, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen IAM controls including joiner/mover/leaver, access reviews, least privilege, and SOC 1 requirements.
