Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an IAM Operations Lead in Reston, VA to manage the administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise IAM and PKI systems. You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams and system administrators to ensure secure, available identity services and compliance with operational requirements.

Responsibilities include certificate issuance, access support, system health monitoring, patching, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting or maintaining PKI environments in a cybersecurity or enterprise ops setting.
• Experience administering Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
• Operational support activities: monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, maintenance of security systems.
• Experience supporting Certificate Authority operations, maintenance, and sustainment.
• Experience with certificate lifecycle management: issuance, renewal, revocation, automation support.
• Ability to document operational procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Knowledge of certificate policies, structures, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Linux systems administration and asymmetric cryptography concepts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willing to take a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IAM and PKI systems.
• Perform certificate issuance and renewal, access support, system health monitoring, patching, and incident response support.
• Handle lifecycle maintenance for IAM and PKI platforms and ensure secure authentication and access controls.
• Support process improvements, automation, and operational documentation to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Assist with CA operations, troubleshooting authentication issues, and credential management.
