Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an IAM Operations Lead to oversee the administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of enterprise IAM and PKI systems. You will work with cybersecurity teams and system engineers to ensure secure, available identity services and compliance across operations.

Responsibilities include certificate issuance/renewal, patching, incident support, and lifecycle maintenance, plus driving automation and documentation efforts for improved reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting PKI environments in cybersecurity or enterprise ops.
• Experience administering Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
• Operational support: monitoring, patching, troubleshooting of security systems.
• Experience with CA operations, maintenance and sustainment.
• Certificate lifecycle management: issuance, renewal, revocation, automation.
• Documenting operational procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Knowledge of certificate policies, structures, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Linux administration and asymmetric cryptography concepts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing administration, maintenance, and monitoring of IAM and PKI systems.
• Provide incident response support and lifecycle maintenance for IAM/PKI platforms.
• Assist process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational docs.
• Support certificate authorities and credential management systems.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues and maintain secure access controls.
• Ensure identity services remain secure, available, and compliant.
