Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PKI environments in cybersecurity or enterprise ops.
• Experience administering Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
• Operational support: monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, maintenance of security systems.
• Experience supporting CA operations, maintenance, and sustainment.
• Certificate lifecycle management: issuance, renewal, revocation, automation support.
• Documentation of procedures, guides, and maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of certificate policies, structures, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of Linux systems administration and cryptography concepts.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willing to take a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing administration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IAM and PKI systems.
• Perform certificate issuance and renewal, account and access support, and system health monitoring.
• Conduct patching, configuration management, and incident response support.
• Maintain lifecycle maintenance for IAM and PKI platforms and automate where possible.
• Document operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance activities.
