Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an Information Security Engineer III to secure and modernize Privileged Access Management within our IAM organization. You will design, implement, and support PAM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, advancing our security modernization strategy and PAW enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, IAM, PAM, or a related field.
• Experience with PAM technologies such as CyberArk, StrongDM or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of privileged access controls, identity management, authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Experience engineering privileged access across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes/EKS, Windows/Linux, databases, sessions).
• Experience with SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM 2.0, RBAC, ABAC, certificate-based authentication, Kerberos, and just-in-time provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support PAM solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Advance Capital Group's PAM modernization and PAW enhancements.
• Integrate PAM platforms with ServiceNow and enable Just-In-Time workflows.
• Provide Tier 3 support, incident response, and root-cause analysis for PAM services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance security, efficiency, and user experience.
