Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an Information Security Engineer III to secure and modernize PAM capabilities within our IAM organization. You will design, implement, and support privileged access across on‑premises and cloud environments, driving modernization initiatives and integration with ServiceNow and Azure.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to improve security, resiliency, and user experience while balancing efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Information Security, IAM, PAM, or related field.
• Experience with PAM technologies such as CyberArk, StrongDM or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of privileged access controls, identity management, authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Experience with on‑premises and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes/EKS, Windows/Linux, databases, etc).
• Experience with Active Directory and authentication technologies (SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM 2.0, RBAC, ABAC, certificate‑based, Kerberos, just‑in‑time provisioning).
• Ability to troubleshoot, provide Tier 3 support, incident response, root‑cause analysis, vulnerability remediation, and resilient operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support PAM solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Advance PAM modernization initiatives (PAM platform modernization, StrongDM adoption, PAW enhancements, ServiceNow integration, Azure support).
• Improve operational resiliency, reduce risk, and strengthen security of critical systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and deliver scalable security solutions.
