Qualifications

• Experience administering identity platforms (PingFederate/Okta/Entra ID) in enterprise ops.
• Experience supporting SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC protocols.
• Troubleshooting SAML/OIDC integrations and federation connectivity.
• Scripting/automation with Java, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Groovy.
• RESTful API experience for identity platform integrations.
• AD/LDAP integration experience.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and MFA/password-less auth.
• Top Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Monitor identity systems and troubleshoot SSO and federation issues.
• Maintain MFA and password-less authentication capabilities.
• Support user lifecycle management, patches, and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with automation and service-improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, sysadmin, network teams, and stakeholders.
