Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead IAM Architect to drive strategy, architecture, and solution design initiatives across complex enterprise environments in the United States.

The role requires leading IAM governance, joiner-mover-leaver processes, RBAC, access certifications, and lifecycle management while collaborating with security teams and application owners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with substantial IAM focus.
• Experience with SailPoint ISC/IIQ, Saviynt, or similar IGA solutions.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access concepts.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Knowledge of AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.

• Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and solution design workshops.

Preferred

• Experience in large IAM transformation programs.
• Relevant IAM or security certifications.
