Job summary

Motional in Las Vegas seeks an hands-on Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead and modernize our enterprise identity ecosystem. You will drive IAM governance, Okta enterprise architecture, SCIM provisioning, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and EUS to meet SLAs and secure fleet operations.

You will guide the transition to admin-consent, implement robust federation across multi-clouds, and oversee lifecycle automation for human and non-human identities, including AI agent

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Identity & Access Management, with leadership experience.
• Experience implementing admin-consent workflows and OAuth app integrations.
• Deep expertise in identity federation models and multi-cloud environments.
• Hands-on Okta architecture and administration experience.
• Experience collaborating with HR/IT teams to design lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Define IAM roadmap aligning with Zero Trust and regulatory needs.
• Lead OAuth security transition and consent policies.
• Architect and maintain identity federation across multi-cloud and partner ecosystems.
• Collaborate with HR, EUS, and engineering to optimize lifecycle requests and SLAs.
• Define KPIs for IAM uptime, MFA/SSO adoption, and automation rates.
• Establish governance for AI/agent identities and runtime authorization.
• Manage Okta Enterprise Management, MFA, Lifecyle, and Workflows.
• Oversee RBAC/ABAC maturity and access recertification campaigns.
• Standardize SCIM-based provisioning protocols.
• Mentor IAM engineering team.
