Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking an experienced Cyber Identity & Access Management Manager in Dallas. You will guide IAM strategy, design and deployment of Microsoft Entra ID, and lead projects across client engagements, mentoring junior staff and driving practice growth.

Success requires deep Entra ID expertise, strong governance and risk awareness, and the ability to communicate with both technical teams and executives. Travel as needed within the US is expected as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field is required.
5+ years of cybersecurity experience in a consulting/practice setting.
One relevant certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, SC-300/100, AZ-500, SC-200/400) required.

Responsibilities

Lead IAM current-state assessments, maturity evaluations, and architecture reviews.
Develop Entra ID requirements, strategies, roadmaps, and implementation guidance.
Design/implement Entra ID architecture, including integration with on‑prem and cloud systems.
Configure Entra ID with ECMA, API provisioning, and Entra Application Proxy.
Define Zero Trust and CA policies; manage identity governance and PAM.
