Job summary

You will mentor consultants, manage multi-engagement delivery, and partner with clients to exceed expectations while maintaining high security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of related cybersecurity experience in a similar consulting practice or function.
• One relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, SC-300, SC-100, AZ-500, SC-200, SC-400, or equivalent cybersecurity and identity certifications.
• Microsoft Entra ID expertise with IAM capabilities including provisioning, governance, and integration.
• Deep understanding of Entra ID features and identity governance concepts including access certifications and joiner/mover/leaver processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, mentor junior consultants, and oversee delivery quality across multiple engagements.
• Manage project financials, staffing, work plans, and client expectations.
• Develop IAM strategies, roadmaps, and implementation recommendations aligned to business objectives.
• Configure Entra ID integrations with on-premises apps using ECMA and Entra Application Proxy.
