Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) seeks a Cyber Identity & Access Management Manager to lead IAM engagements for clients, design and implement Entra ID solutions, and supervise staff. You will develop strategies, gather requirements with stakeholders, and ensure secure, modern identity architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience in consulting or similar function.
• One relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, SC-300/SC-100/AZ-500/SC-200/SC-400 or equivalent.
• Deep Entra ID expertise and IAM capabilities (provisioning, governance, reviews).
• Experience integrating Entra ID with on-premises apps and ECMA/Proxy usage.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, CA policies, PAM/PIM, and identity governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM engagements, mentor consultants, and oversee delivery quality.
• Conduct IAM assessments, maturity evaluations, and architecture reviews.
• Develop Entra ID requirements, roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.
• Design technical architecture for Entra ID and hybrid identity integrations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage scope, risks, and timelines.
• Support business development, proposals, and practice growth initiatives.
