Job summary

A leading tech firm is seeking an IAM Integration Engineer to design and deliver secure integrations within an Identity and Access Management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have 4–7+ years of IAM engineering experience, proficiency with SailPoint IdentityIQ, strong Java development skills, and familiarity with SQL Server. Responsibilities include developing integration components, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders on scalable solutions. This position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in IAM/IGA engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong Java (JDK 8+) development experience.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Expertise in REST and SOAP APIs and integration pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration components across IAM/IGA platforms.
• Implement schema discovery and entitlement modeling.
• Build and maintain identity data flows.
• Write and execute unit tests and system integration tests.
• Collaborate with application owners on integration solutions.
