Job summary

Gruve is seeking a design authority and engineering leader for the IGA/IAM practice who will own the technical solution across concurrent engagements and lead the engineering bench in the US and Pune. This is a hands-on leadership role: review and shape designs, not just manage people.

You will collaborate with client IAM Directors, Enterprise Architects and CISOs, shaping solutions, mentoring engineers, and driving presales activity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IAM/IGA with leadership experience.
• Deep hands-on delivery with two of: SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt EIC, Okta Identity Governance, Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
• Demonstrable ownership of full identity lifecycle design (JML, provisioning, access requests).
• Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for IGA engagements: identity model, source strategy, entitlement catalog, governance operating model.
• Review and approve connector designs, provisioning workflows, RBAC/ABAC, SoD rules, and certification architecture before build.
• Build and lead engineering bench across US and Pune, including staffing, mentoring, and code quality gates.
• Own migration strategies for legacy-to-modern IGA moves (IdentityIQ to Identity Security Cloud, SailPoint, Saviynt).
• Design joiner/mover/leaver automation against HR sources (Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM).
• Serve as senior technical interface to client IAM Directors, Enterprise Architects and CISO organizations.
• Support presales and practice growth: solution shaping, LOE estimation, SOW scope, RFP/RFI responses.
• Own delivery governance: risk register, dependency management, debt tracking, go/no-go decisions.
• Build and curate practice IP: reference architectures, connectors, accelerators, design patterns.
• Maintain vendor relationships (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft) and partner-tiers.
