Job summary

Gruve, a fast-growing software services startup, seeks an experienced Platform Engineering leader to own the engineering platform behind IGA/IAM engagements. You will manage environments, pipelines, IaC, and secure operation across client and Gruve estates, and own service accounts, workload identities, secrets and certificates.

Qualifications

• Must have IAM/security and architecture experience.
• Certifications in cloud/security are highly valued.
• Hands-on Terraform, Ansible and Kubernetes administration.

Responsibilities

• Own environment strategy across IGA platforms and lower-env data masking.
• Build and govern CI/CD for identity artifacts and deployments.
• Own IaC for identity infra and containerized deployments on Kubernetes.
• Manage secrets, workload identities, and certificate lifecycles.
• Ensure HA/DR and capacity planning for identity workloads.
• Lead DevOps and platform team across US and Pune; set standards and audits.
• Coordinate with architecture and presales on hosting & modernization.
• Oversee platform upgrade and patch strategy across estates.
