Job summary

Gruve is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and implement IGA/IAM connectors, lifecycle workflows, and policy logic. You will work across SCIM, REST, SOAP, LDAP, and PowerShell patterns, integrating with key identity providers.

You will also implement access catalogs, escalation workflows, and bi-directional integrations with ServiceNow ITSM and HR systems, while supporting UAT and cutover processes. Proficiency in Java, PowerShell, and SQL is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years on IGA/IAM platforms.
• Hands-on connector and workflow development on major platforms (SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC, Saviynt EIC, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID).
• Strong Java (BeanShell), .NET, Python; proficient SQL for identity data; REST/SOAP API integration.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend IGA connectors across SCIM, REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, and file-based patterns.
• Develop identity lifecycle workflows: joiner/mover/leaver, provisioning and deprovisioning policies.
• Implement access catalogs, approvals, and certification campaigns with reviewer models.
• Integrate platform with ServiceNow ITSM and HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Configure federation/authentication: SAML, OIDC, MFA, and adaptive access policies.
• Write tests, conduct code reviews, and maintain CI/CD artifacts.
• Support UAT, triage defects, and drive issues to closure during cutover/hypercare.
• Produce build and deployment documentation for client operations.
