Job summary

The role balances daily operations with development and documentation efforts to ensure long-term system stability. Ideal candidates have 4–8 years in IAM and at least 2 years with Okta, strong communication, and a willingness to mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of IAM experience with at least 2 years with Okta.
• Exposure to other IAM products is a plus.
• Experience with using an incident management tool.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time resolution on technical IAM issues and incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and major incident management.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge artifacts.
• Develop and enhance solutions based on customer requirements.
• Mentor junior resources and collaborate with team.
• Coordinate with vendor product support to troubleshoot issues.
