Jupiter Medical Center is seeking an Identity Governance Administrator to own SailPoint IdentityIQ and manage IAM workflows for hospital staff and vendors. You will drive provisioning, access reviews, and governance in a healthcare setting, reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity.

You will develop RBAC models, coordinate with IT for incident response, and maintain comprehensive SailPoint documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and PCI DSS requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years of experience working with identity governance tools, with preferred experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certifications, entitlement reviews, and governance policies.
• Familiarity with application onboarding and connector configuration within SailPoint is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to IAM.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end IAM activities using SailPoint, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Maintain identity records and onboard/offboard hospital staff and third-party users.
• Serve as the technical owner and administrator of the SailPoint platform.
• Develop and maintain RBAC models and SoD rules.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for SailPoint processes and configurations.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to resolve access issues and assist with incident response.
