Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven leadership in IAM/security/platform engineering at scale.
• Strong automation, IaC, cloud, and production support knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM engineering teams focusing on platform design, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Align IAM platforms with reliability, resiliency, and quality practices.
• Develop and mentor IAM engineers across experience levels.
