McKesson is seeking an IAM Engineer to design and operate authentication and access governance across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will implement modern SSO/MFA, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive improvements in identity lifecycle, security policies, and incident response.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of enterprise IAM engineering experience.
• Experience with Okta and identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, WS-Fed).
• Familiarity with cloud security and directory services (Active Directory/Entra ID).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver MFA/SSO solutions leveraging platforms like Okta and Entra ID.
• Configure and enforce MFA and conditional access policies.
• Integrate systems using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and WS-Fed across domains.
• Support IdP infrastructure for high availability and resiliency.
• Perform PoCs and technical reviews for IAM technologies.
• Automate authentication workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot complex production IAM incidents and provide root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with risk/compliance for SOX/ITGC requirements.
• Design non-human identity governance and API access controls.
