Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to design, develop, and manage identity and access control systems across our enterprise manufacturing environment. You will implement SSO, MFA, identity federation, and API security while ensuring SOX compliance and data protection.

Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to translate IAM requirements into technical specs, deploy secure solutions in the cloud, and drive continuous improvement in security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in IAM engineering with cloud focus.
• Experience with IdentityIQ, Okta, and Workday.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols and certificates.
• Experience integrating IAM with SAP.
• Familiarity with API security and SOX.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Up-to-date security principles.
• Self-starter with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions meeting accessibility and security.
• Integrate IAM with existing applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain SSO, identity federation, MFA.
• Gather IAM requirements and create technical specs.
• Ensure SOX compliance for access control.
• Collaborate with IT teams for secure IAM integration.
• Provide support for IAM products.
• Develop API security strategies.
• Review and update IAM policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of security controls.
