Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer in Iselin, NJ to design, implement, and operate IAM controls across a mixed cloud/on-premises environment.

The role focuses on secure access management, lifecycle workflows, provisioning, privilege assignment, and entitlement reviews to minimize risk while ensuring user productivity. Collaboration with security architects and IT/compliance teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, or equivalent hands-on background.
• Experience with IAM platforms and security controls is required.
• Familiarity with audit standards (SOC, PCI, HIPAA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and deploy IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Support access provisioning, privilege assignment, and entitlement reviews.
• Monitor approvals, conduct regular audits, and address security gaps with IT & compliance teams.
