Job summary

Alleare Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer for a hybrid 6+ month contract. The role focuses on implementing and operating identity platforms for human and non-human identities, with deep expertise across SailPoint, Ping, and cloud platforms.

On-site three days per week in Dallas, TX, with options in McLean, VA or Memphis, TN. You will lead integration efforts, automation, and governance across enterprise AI, cloud, and application stacks, delivering scalable identity

Qualifications

10+ years of IAM engineering or identity integration experience.
Experience with non-human identities such as AI agents and service accounts.
Hands-on with SaaS/cloud delivery and identity services migrations.
Experience with privileged access management platforms (Vault, Safeguard) preferred.
Hands-on with SailPoint, Ping, Microsoft Entra, and AD.
Strong debugging, documentation, and cross-functional delivery skills.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, integrate, and operate IAM for agent identities.
Engineer SailPoint Agentic Fabric, PingFederate, PingAuthorize, and Ping Agent IAM Core.
Integrate agentic identity controls with enterprise platforms and clouds.
Create repeatable onboarding, policy enforcement, and lifecycle workflows.
Develop provisioning workflows and data stores for non-human identities.
Produce reporting, detect anomalies, and perform remediation.
Develop runbooks, SOPs, and maintain architecture diagrams.
