Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for an IAM Engineer (Identity & Access Management) to join our Cybersecurity Virtual team within the Global Digital & Cybersecurity group.

This position is remote but may require occasional presence at a CohnReznick office for client work, meetings, or training, with prior notice.

This role is part of the IAM Team within Cybersecurity, in the Global Digital & Cybersecurity group. You will join a growing team transforming cybersecurity strategies to protect digital assets, client data, and our reputation, supporting CohnReznick’s growth and innovation.

Your Role

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Develop, implement, and maintain IAM solutions in regulated environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related technical issues.
• Enhance IAM systems for security and efficiency.
• Coach team members on IAM best practices.
• Assess and improve organizational IAM capabilities aligned with business goals.
• Stay updated on IAM threats and solutions.
• Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

Your Experience

The successful candidate will have:

• Curiosity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with authentication standards and technologies (MFA, JWT, etc.).
• Experience with access management tools (SSO, 2FA, PAM).
• Programming skills in C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, scripting, LDAP, SQL, and web services.
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in cybersecurity, IAM, or related fields.
• Experience with O365, Azure AD, CyberArk.
• Scripting, programming, data manipulation skills, and interest in AI are a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
