Job summary

Freeman Health System in Joplin, MO seeks an Identity and Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across IT systems. You will develop IAM policies and onboarding/offboarding workflows and ensure secure access controls with IT teams and leadership.

Requirements include 2+ years in IAM and Active Directory, plus experience mentoring others and leading large projects. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; certifications like CIMP or SailPoint are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years IT experience considered.
• 2+ years in IAM and 2+ years in system administrator or application analyst roles.
• Demonstrated capability in user access management and governance.
• Experience training and mentoring others on IAM tools.
• Experience designing and administering Identity Management and Access.
