Freeman Health is seeking an IT professional to support school-based telemedicine, device setup, and network troubleshooting on site in Missouri. The role requires practical experience in internal Freeman Health IT or external server administration, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

You will assist with wired/wireless network maintenance and phone configuration, leveraging Cisco equipment and standard procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• 2 years Freeman Health internal IT experience OR 2 years external server administration role or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Owns IT issue resolution for the telemedicine program and device setup.
• Assists with maintenance of wired and wireless network communications.
• Assists with phone configuration and related trouble shooting.
• Operates with Cisco-based network equipment and standard guidelines.
