Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks an Experienced IAM Engineer to focus on Identity & Access Management and endpoint platforms within the EPS team of GTS. You will design and maintain IAM solutions across SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta, AD, Entra ID, and Workday, while advancing encryption, zero trust, and regulatory compliance.

You will automate workflows, support mergers/divestitures, and contribute to cross-stream EPS initiatives with strong collaboration and executive-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience focused on IAM and endpoint management.
• Expertise across IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA and RBAC in enterprise environments.
• Experience with audit evidence, SoX/NIST/ISO controls, and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IAM & endpoint SME across SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta, AD, Entra ID and Workday.
• Design, automate, and operate IAM solutions, including JML workflows and RBAC.
• Maintain day-to-day IAM operations and drive platform upgrades and improvements.
• Develop automation (PowerShell, Python) to streamline configuration management.
