Technical/Functional Skills (Must Have Skills)

• Work with the project leadership and architects to configure and manage the CA SSO environments.
• Provide estimates on assigned tasks.
• Communicate status of tasks to project leadership.
• Develop technical documentation.
• Configure CA Identity Manager to provide self‑service registration and workflow approvals.
• Configure CA Identity Manager to provide delegated administration.
• Configure CA Identity Manager to provide self‑service account features including profile maintenance (change email, security questions/answers, change password), forgot password and forgot username.
• Strong policy express, bulk load / TEWS interface, LAH, BLTH, and user self‑service.
• IDM console UI customization experience.
• Experience deploying CA IDM with IBM WebSphere will be required.
• Custom connector development knowledge.
• Connector Xpress knowledge.
• Troubleshoot production issues for the CA IDM product.
• Experience in Java/J2EE development is a plus.
