Job Description
Positions available: 1, 2, and 3 with location-based details and duties as described below.
Position 1 — IAM BA
Location: Jersey City, NJ; SFO, CA; and NC
Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Application to IAM integration as well as User Migration in a phased methodology
- Document the security for all phases of the project as well as identify and document the deliverables
- Development and documentation of IGA/IAM
- Educate the project participants in their roles and responsibilities for IAM
- Experience with certification and recertification process
- Document workflows and notification events for engineers; test and validate them once developed
- Experience running a certification campaign
- Understanding of provisioning and de-provisioning requirements and familiarity with the connector interfaces in CA Identity Manager and CA Governance Minder
Responsibilities — Customer Security Liaison
- Advise customer about IGA/IAM aspects of the implementation and ongoing operation
- Deliver and discuss deliverables with customer
- Solicit feedback and coordinate delivery of feedback to various teams

Skill, Experience & General information Required:
- Basic Technical Requirements
- Development experience with JAVA, J2EE, eCommerce
- Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to synthesize ambiguous information
- Ability to work equally well on self-managed or team-oriented projects

Position 2 — IAM Developers
Location: Malvern, PA
Type: Full Time
Job Overview
Opening for an Identity and Access Management Professional preferably in the Malvern, PA area. The successful candidate should have a strong track record of delivering identity governance and administration solutions from inception to deployment in the Production environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and Implementation of IAM solutions including high availability
- Role identification and access assignment
- Identify and Document Segregation of Duties Scenarios and compose applicable access control rules
- Discuss Business Applications with Business Owners with a focus on Access Control requirements
- Discuss Applicable Regulations with Compliance to identify access control requirements
- Identify Access Control Requirements of the Business
- Install and Configure SailPoint IdentityIQ system
- Experience in developing connectors and adapter frameworks
- Integration experience with ticketing systems and enterprise log management solutions such as ServiceNow and Splunk
Qualifications — Position 2
- Basic Technical Requirements
- Strong programming experience in Java, J2EE
- IGA Products (SailPoint IdentityIQ, CA Governance Minder)
- IAM Products (i.e. IBM Security IAM, Oracle IAM, and CA SiteMinder)

Position 3 — IAM Architect
Location: Malvern, PA
Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Planning duties and methodology to implement Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
- Application to IAM integration as well as User Migration in a phased methodology
- Document the security for all phases of the project as well as identify and document the deliverables
- Development and documentation of IGA/IAM
- Estimation and project planning experience
- Educate the project participants in their roles and responsibilities for IAM
IGA/IAM Duties
