Job summary

Creative Artists Agency in Nashville is seeking an experienced IAM security specialist to design and operate our identity and access management platform. You will lead lifecycle management, provisioning, and audit controls while securing authentication across workflows.

You will collaborate with HRIS and IT teams, integrating SaaS apps via APIs and implementing Zero Trust concepts in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in IT with security focus.
• Minimum 2 years in identity and access management or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency scripting in PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Zero Trust identity architecture and SaaS integrations.
• Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, OpenID and MFA concepts.
• Experience with lifecycle provisioning and de-provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, test and implement IAM programs.
• Maintain IAM platform configuration and administration.
• Manage user lifecycle, entitlements, and audit validations.
• Set access standards across company and departments.
• Collaborate with HRIS and service desk on workflows.
• Integrate new apps via RESTful APIs and connectors.
• Automate identity workflows and governance processes.
• Provide RESTful identity API to downstream services.
• Support security incident response efforts.
