Creative Artists Agency in New York City is seeking an IAM Analyst to manage identity and access governance within the Information Security group. You will handle provisioning, de-provisioning, access changes, and audits to protect enterprise assets.

The role emphasizes automation, RBAC, attestation, and collaboration with HRIS, IT service owners, and help desk, with hybrid work in NYC and a base salary of $95k–$115k.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Information Technology
• 2+ years’ experience in Identity Management
• Experience with lifecycle management provisioning/de-provisioning
• Knowledge of MFA and compensating controls for identity
• Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript)
• Understanding of servers, operating systems, cloud apps, and infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day identity and access management operations
• Provide design, evaluation, testing, and implementation of IAM programs
• Maintain standards for access management and RBAC
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT service owners, and service desk
• Assist in automating identity workflows and governance processes
• Conduct periodic access reviews and attestations
• Contribute to audit readiness and evidence collection
• Support cross-functional initiatives including system migrations
