CVS Health in Woonsocket, RI seeks an Identity and Access Management Domain SME to develop and maintain the Compliance IAM governance framework and bridge gaps between application teams and security/compliance.

You will guide IAM remediation, assess IT policies, and maintain governance data while promoting best practices across PCI, HIPAA, SOX, NIST and related standards. This full-time role supports a hybrid work model with remote options.

Formación

• IAM concepts, technologies, and systems incl. authentication, authorization, entitlement management, and PAM.
• 3+ years hands-on IAM experience incl. access reviews, MFA, and identity governance platforms.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and IAM integration with cloud services.
• MS Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query).
• Experience leading technical projects across multiple teams and driving issues to closure.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of PCI, HIPAA, SOX, SOC1/SOC2, HITRUST, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a Compliance IAM governance framework aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Guide application teams in identifying IAM gaps and remedial actions for non-conformance.
• Assess IT policies and control standards for system and operational compliance.
• Maintain key files and data sources for governance and reporting, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Assist with documentation, job-aids, FAQs, and other support materials for application teams.
• Promote IAM best practices and regulatory standards (PCI, HIPAA, SOX, NIST, etc.).
• Stay updated on IAM trends and security threats to evolve strategy and solutions.
