Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Identity and Access Management Domain SME to shape the Compliance IAM governance framework and partner with application, security, and infrastructure teams. You will operationalize security mandates, drive policy adherence, and help deliver secure IAM solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and systems.
• 3+ years hands-on IAM experience including access reviews and MFA implementations.
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IAM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Compliance IAM governance framework aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Guide application teams in identifying IAM gaps and remediation plans.
• Assess IT policies and control standards for system and operational compliance.
• Maintain data sources and metrics for governance and reporting.
• Create and update process docs, job-aids, and support materials.
• Promote IAM best practices ensuring compliance with PCI, HIPAA, SOX, SOC1/2, HITRUST, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001.
• Stay updated on IAM trends and emerging technologies.
