Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an IAM Domain SME to join the Corporate Functions & Pharmacy Consumer Wellness IT Compliance team. You will help develop, maintain, and improve the Compliance support and governance framework for Access Management, working with application, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliant IAM solutions.

You will bridge stakeholders and teams, navigate compliance workloads, and help operationalize security mandates, with a hybrid schedule in Woonsocket, RI or

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and systems (authentication, authorization, entitlement management, PAM, session, password mgmt).
• 3+ years hands-on IAM experience including access reviews and MFA implementations.
• Cloud-native IAM with AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud service integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Compliance IAM governance framework aligned with industry standards and company policies.
• Guide application teams to identify IAM gaps and remedial actions for non-conformance.
• Assess IT policies and control standards for compliance.
• Maintain data sources for governance and reporting, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Prepare process docs, job-aids and FAQs for application teams.
• Promote IAM best practices aligned with PCI, HIPAA, SOX, SOC2, HITRUST, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001.
