Collabera is hiring an IAM Cloud Engineer on a contract basis to design, implement, and secure cloud IAM policies across multiple environments in a major U.S. banking technology context.

The role focuses on identity engineering, establishing scalable identity architecture, and integrating IAM with AI initiatives while collaborating with platform teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity and access management engineering.
• Familiarity with PingFederate product suite.
• Ability to design and implement IAM solutions end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Cloud IAM policies, roles, and permissions.
• Secure application and workload identities within Cloud.
• Partner with AI platform teams to integrate identity into new AI products.
• Review and improve access controls across cloud environments.
• Support authentication and authorization requirements for AI applications.
• Build foundational cloud identity architecture for new platforms.
• Participate in architecture discussions around emerging AI use cases.

About the Role

We are hiring a IAM Cloud Engineer to join our client on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative Banking companies in the U.S.

What We’re Looking For:

• Identity Engineering
• Exposure to Ping/PingFederate
• Ability to build solutions from scratch

Day to Day:

• Design and implement Cloud IAM policies, roles, and permissions
• Secure application and workload identities within Cloud
• Partner with AI platform teams to integrate identity into new AI products
• Review and improve access controls across cloud environments
• Support authentication and authorization requirements for AI applications
• Build foundational cloud identity architecture for new platforms

Compensation

Hourly Rate:$65 -$75/hr
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
