Job description

Global Cybersecurity (GCS) protects State Street and its clients from the impact of cyber-attacks against systems by understanding the risks these attacks present and mitigating them through a robust, continuously evolving, cybersecurity program and control environment.

Cyber Identity & Access Management (IAM) is one of five functions that make up GCS. IAM designs, deploys, and continually enhances security measures for the protection of State Street’s information related to its assets and customers.

This IAM BA, AVP will sit in the GCS cyber office of CISO sub-function in IAM. This role is responsible for IAM program, focusing on data quality, analysis and monitoring within SailPoint and other related tools. Other responsibility areas are listed below.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research and identify data quality issues within SailPoint and other IAM related tools.
  • Analyze and resolve data inconsistencies, discrepancies and errors to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work closely with technical teams to implement data validation and cleansing rules.
  • Assist End User with SailPoint functionality and set up questions
  • Perform root cause analysis of IAM related findings and issues.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of remediation efforts and adjust as needed.
  • Drive resolution of segregation of duty violations and issues while collaborating closely with application owners to ensure compliance
  • Create Agile user stories, use cases and process flows to support IAM development.
  • Ensure the story requirements are clear, concise, and testable.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to understand requirements and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies and best practices.
  • Experience with SailPoint access approval, SOD and reporting functionality
  • Hands-on experience with integrating, designing and implementing IAM solutions.
  • Proven ability to structure and scope problems, determine analytical approaches, and identify solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 4-6 years extensive experience in Business Analysis and Data Quality Analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively consult and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to solve complex problems while effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach, with a focus on security, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
