Prestigious Enterprise Company is seeking an IAM Business Analyst with SailPoint experience. The candidate will support the Identity and Access Management service, focusing on creating a user-friendly access experience that balances usability, accountability, and cyber risk. This role requires an experienced SailPoint BA to perform comprehensive discovery and classification of all non–person identities in the IAM roadmap, working with stakeholders across DevOps, Infrastructure & Operations, and Application Development teams to identify and assign ownership to non–person accounts.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in business analysis within the IAM domain, with the ability to gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications or process designs.
• Solid understanding of IAM fundamentals related to both person and non–person accounts.
• Knowledge of non–person identities and their lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk, including configuring tools for account certifications and reporting, and running reports or access review campaigns.
• Proficiency in analyzing access data and identity records using spreadsheets, databases, or reporting tools, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to design clear identity management processes and workflows, and to create comprehensive documentation including policies, procedures, standards, and job aids.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and business units, articulate controls, and facilitate meetings or workshops.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

Required Skills:

• Experience with scripting or basic programming languages such as Python, Java, or PowerShell, to understand automation tasks.
• Knowledge of database queries or reporting tools to compile identity data.
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle, GCP) and their native identity constructs (e.g., AWS IAM roles, Azure service principals) is a plus.
