Alcon seeks an experienced IAM architect to lead enterprise identity strategy and architecture across global programs. You will shape standards for authentication, governance, and privileged access, while guiding cloud and AI identity implementations.

Expect collaboration with senior stakeholders, driving risk reduction and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, highly regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 10 Years of Relevant Experience
• 6 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, business, risk, privacy, legal, and audit leaders on IAM challenges across Alcon's global enterprise.
• Define and advance Alcon's IAM strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap to support Zero Trust, compliance, and digital transformation.
• Provide architectural leadership across workforce, customer, partner, privileged, cloud, and AI identities with secure, scalable solutions.
• Influence enterprise tech decisions through modern identity capabilities (authentication, authorization, identity governance, PAM, cloud access management).
• Support cloud transformation, M&A, and third-party integrations by developing scalable identity solutions and governance frameworks.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving identity-related risk reduction and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate emerging identity threats and determine relevance to Alcon’s enterprise strategy.
