Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a Senior Architect, Identity and Access Management to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise IAM across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to deliver scalable identity services, drive modernization, and ensure secure access to critical systems. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Information Security experience with strong IAM focus.
• Experience with IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
• Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, Federation (SAML/OIDC), PAM, IGA, and directory services.
• Experience designing IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust and identity-centric security models.
• Ability to work with compliance, audit and access governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM design and implementation across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Define and maintain architecture standards for authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and privileged access.
• Drive IAM governance, risk management, and program delivery.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Applications teams to align IAM with business goals.
• Support Zero Trust adoption and modern authentication standards.
• Lead and develop a team of IAM engineers and specialists.
