Addepar, Inc. is seeking an IAM Analyst to join the Information Security & Risk team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on advancing Addepar’s internal Identity & Access Management program and improving security posture across integrated systems.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive hands-on IAM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management tools.
• Familiar with IT Governance incl. SOC2 & Data Governance.
• Knowledge of NHIs in security contexts.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational support for IAM administration tools and onboarding/recertification.
• Improve the maturity of the IAM program through data quality, governance, and risk assessments.
• Enforce Least Privilege while balancing user experience.
• Design scalable processes and technologies to strengthen security posture.
• Assist with Information Security Policies & Standards development.
• Collaborate with Security to define governance for Agentic AI workflows.
