Job summary

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst opportunity in Chandler, AZ. Hybrid schedule working with a leading financial services institution on a 12-month contract.

You will support IAM operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews, and work with SailPoint/Okta or similar platforms. Strong organizational and customer-service skills are required; ISO/NIST familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in Information Security, Technology Operations, or IAM-related work.
• 2+ years in identity and access management (provisioning, de-provisioning, reviews, or auth).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, or Entra ID.
• Adapt to changing responsibilities across IAM operational functions.
• Understand authentication and identity standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Provide customer-focused service with accuracy and responsiveness.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a queue-based, ticket-driven environment.
• Follow standardized procedures and escalate when needed.
• Familiar with ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI frameworks relevant to access controls.
