Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Systems Development Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable IAM solutions at the intersection of Amazon-native tooling and Microsoft Active Directory. You will work with experienced engineers to drive improvements, maintain high-availability services, and build observability through metrics and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust).
• Experience with Linux/Unix.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IAM infrastructure using AD and AWS tooling.
• Develop and maintain monitoring for AD services, replication health, and domain controller performance.
• Design and manage Group Policy Objects to enforce security standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security and automation.
