Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum 3 years in IT access administration and IAM.
• Minimum 1 year reviewing access levels for RBAC in core apps.
• Experience with ticketing systems and defined SLAs.
• Experience with audits, entitlement revalidations, or compliance.
• Knowledge of IAM, PAM, AD, Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience developing procedures and process documentation.
• Experience supporting change management and incident communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs access account administration for business lines, partners, and staff per IAM/PAM.
• Supports communication during incidents, changes, and maintenance windows.
• Maintains department project lists and coordinates with vendors and stakeholders.
• Develops and maintains procedures, role templates, and policy templates.
• Maintains metrics and dashboards for access management.
• Participates in Change Advisory Board activities and communicates changes.
