We are looking for a dedicated Verification Technician to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the preparation, validation, and investigation of regulatory performance data relating to Interruption to Supply (I2S) events and DG2, DG3, and DG5 events. Your work will directly support operational performance reporting for management and regulatory bodies, including contributions to the company Yearbook and OFWAT audits.
You will act as the main point of contact for extracting and verifying data from core systems such as SAP and EMP, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare, validate, and analyse I2S event data, producing regular reports including weekly communications and monthly Management Board updates.
Investigate I2S events, identifying causes and verifying outcomes through interrogation of systems and field team engagement.
Support the preparation of data for annual internal and external regulatory audits.
Manage the collation and validation of DG2 and DG5 event data, ensuring the highest levels of data quality and compliance.
Initiate and process GSS payments for DG2, DG3, and DG5 events.
Maintain and improve Regional event registers and support risk mitigation activities.
Actively contribute to operational and strategic improvements through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Advanced IT and database management skills
Strong MS Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
