Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an I-FAST Community Behavioral Health Worker in Licking, Ohio. You will engage families in homes and communities, provide I-FAST interventions, and collaborate with schools and courts to support youth and families.

Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, and ensuring continuity of care with supervision. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree or 3+ years in healthcare/behavioral health preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, behavioral health or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years direct healthcare/behavioral health experience is preferred.
• Experience working with multisystems (Court, CPS, Schools, OhioRise, etc.) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals and families in home/community to identify strengths, barriers, and goals.
• Provide direct interventions using the I-FAST model and principles.
• Assess client/family to inform problem behaviors and ecological context.
• Participate in treatment planning and collaboration with schools, courts, and care management.
