Job summary
Koch Fertilizer Dodge City, LLC is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician to support the maintenance group and reliability health of the facility. The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus, immediate vacation time, comprehensive health insurance, and 401K with company contribution after the first year.
You will perform calibration, installation, and preventive maintenance on instruments and electrical systems, manage CMMS workflows, and participate in on-call and overtime as
Qualifications
- Experience interpreting electrical drawings, one lines, and Process Instrument Diagrams (P&ID's), and loop diagrams
- Experience calibrating, testing, troubleshooting, and installing instrumentation or electrical equipment
Responsibilities
- Calibrate, install, and maintain instruments such as pressure, temperature, and level devices
- Verify and validate control systems like SIS and DCS
- Manage maintenance workflow using CMMS and related instrument software
- Perform electrical work for new installations, troubleshooting, grounding, and repairs
- Maintain drives, motors, MCCs and related electrical equipment
- Support maintenance process improvements and standard work procedures
