Job summary

Koch Fertilizer Dodge City, LLC is looking for an Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician to support the maintenance team and reliability efforts at the Dodge City facility. Eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus with comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

The role involves calibrating, installing, and maintaining instruments and electrical systems, with a Monday-Thursday schedule and rotating on-call, plus overtime opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting electrical drawings, one lines, and Process Instrument Diagrams (P&ID's), and loop diagrams.
• Experience calibrating, testing, troubleshooting, and installing instrumentation or electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Calibration, installation, and preventive maintenance of instruments (pressure, temperature, level).
• Verification and validation of Electronic Control Systems; SIS, DCS.
• Manage daily maintenance workflow using a CMMS and other instrument software systems.
• Electrical work on installation of new services, troubleshooting, grounding and repairs.
• Calibration and maintenance on variable frequency drives, motors, MCCs and relays.
• Adjust and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance processes and standard work procedures.
• Travel for training opportunities to different locations.
• General maintenance like valve replacement and heat exchanger work.
• Occasionally respond to callouts and overtime as needed.
• Work safely per OSHA, ANSI, NFPA guidelines.
