Job summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking an I&E Technician for our Eagle Ford operations in Kenedy, TX. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems across oil and gas facilities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in I&E within oil & gas, an Associate degree or trade certification, and the ability to work at heights and in harsh environments.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Current/Valid driver’s license.
• 3+ years of experience as an I&E Technician in the oil and gas industry.
• Reside or relocate within 40 miles of Kenedy, TX.
• Willing to participate in the respiratory protection program.
• Able to climb heights and work in elevated areas.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, pneumatic, and automation equipment.
• Maintain records and complete work orders accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with I&E Foreman, Specialists, mechanics, and operators to resolve issues.
• Read and interpret manuals and drawings including electrical, pneumatic, and P&ID diagrams.
• Adhere to safety policies, stop-work authority, and regulatory requirements.
