Job summary

CF Industries in the United States is seeking an I&E Technician to safely maintain, repair, and replace plant equipment. You will install, test, and calibrate medium-voltage electrical systems and related electronics to keep the plant running continuously.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform safe maintenance and repairs on plant equipment.
• Experience with electrical and process control systems.
• Willingness to work overtime and be on call, including shift work during outages.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment.
• Install, service, test and calibrate medium-voltage electrical systems.
• Dismantle, clean, replace and repair parts, and calibrate instruments.
• Read electrical blueprints, PIDs and schematics.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean work areas.
